98 rover?
 
is there any site or does anyone know the difference between 1998 hse thru 2002 hse? are all the features the same?

With the exception of the rims and navigation system from '96 to '02, the Range HSE are identical cosmetically(exterior & interior). In '99 BMW took over the brand so a smoother BMW engine and Bosc electrical system wasintroduced, other than that you couldnt tell the diff without looking at the registration on the window. With that being said,look for the one with the fewest miles& dings for your money, for instance,when purchasing minei narrowed it down to a'98 with 61k for $12,000, a '99 with 99k for$10,000, anda '01 with 75k for$14,000.Best believe i got the '98 and she's aBEAUTY!

I have a 99 with 01 rims and headlights, as far as I know there are no other odvious differences.
