door latch broke
 

Hello so i tried to repair my driver side door this weekend all i needed to do was put the release cable on so i started to unscrew all the scres i seen in the inside wrong move:( ! to make a long stroy short i took apart the door latch and now i need another one I was wonder if i could use a door latch from the rear left side they look a like i seen it on ebay it's a alot cheaper than the driver door latch.


please can someone help me before the hubby comes home he can never now what i did ! :o

The front door also has the small switches that control central locking and security, not an exact swap. Hubby will be so proud of you for picking up a wrench and trying to save him from the tender mercy of the stealership. Perhaps also consider one of the dismantlers on the forum, or a quick trip to the salvage yard that allows you to pull things yourself (you learn on some one else's truck).
