how to remove front center console / facial panel???
 

I have an 01 RR SE.I'm starting to get cracks on the front center console / facial panel (the piece surrounding the AC, stereo, clock, and misc shelf).

How would I go about removing it as gently as possible?

I'm sure I could start tugging on it and just figure out where the clips and screws are, but that's not a very gentle process, and I don't want to damage it any more than I have to, since I plan on repairing it and reinstalling it.
