i need help

i Purchased 06 Range Rover Sport and in the Screen Show
" most function are inhibited while the vehicle in motion "
i need help To resolve this problem

Uhh, thats not a problem and is the normal function of the navigation system.... They are prohibited for liability purposes. LR doesn't want to be responsible for you crashing into a divider because you were too busy programming your GPS. I believe you can program it via voice command though.
