Looking at a '05 RR HSE w/106k

I currently have a '09 LR3 HSE and wondering what if any are the differences in the drivetrain and suspension and operational components compared to this '05 RR HSE? Seems just maybe the 5-spd transmission on the RR vs the 6-spd on my LR3. Thanks in advance.

So far I've learned that the '05 RR HSE has:
1) 5spd Transmission (I assume ZF)
2) A BMW M62 V8 engine? Was this conventional or synthentic oil?
3) Does not have terrain response selection (not until '07)?

Anything else?

Are there any chronic failures/problems in this year to look out for?

have it checked by a qualified independent LR mechanic, you will never get enough information from the net. this something you are better to pay a pro and hours or so to look it over for you.

Thanks for the response, but your statement doesn't answer my question. I'm not asking "what is the health status of the car in question?". Rather I'm just trying to understand differences between my LR3 I perform all work on and the RR HSE '05 in question. Just wrapping my head around the differences in how I approach maintenance of the vehicle.
