Parking Sensor Dependence

Now that I have parking sensors on my car I find it hard (and almost dangerous) to park a car without them. I tend to find myself waiting for the audible warning when backing up even though I am sometimes in a car that doesn't have them.

My wife said the exact same thing.

It is funny how you get used to having some technology even though you lived without it for so many years...

It really is funny how dependent we can become on technology. I can barely stand to reverse in my P38 and I hate trying in rentals. And, although I find the front sensors annoying on my MKIII, they are a lifesaver on my Maserati. Not quite the same visibility as the Rover, but I guess few cars can match RR visibility.

Definitely like having them. I'm still a little unnerved sometimes when I back up and I know there's a low car behind me though.
