Default Rod (South Africa)

Hi Guys, I am looking to replace my 03 Disco2 V8 with an 05 Range Rover V8. Are there any issues I should be aware of with that year/model in general? The vehicle has 160 000kms on.
Any advice welcome.
Cheers
Rod

4.4L problems? Some of the common ones, timing chain guides fall apart from heat, PVC and the hoses that fail, heat again would be my guess. I have an 04 that has had all these problems..... But I love it!! I do all my own repairs so that helps! I also have two running 99 Disco's as well. Can't beat a RR, and they sound awesome!! Timeless in my mind!
