'03 Disco ac/heater blower motor not running
 

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful 2015 so far. I need assistance troubleshooting my ac/heater blower motor problem. I have posted a video in an effort to reduce the amount of typing I had to do here.

Long story short, I've followed these steps in troubleshooting this issue:

Problem: ac/heater blower motor does not run.

Troubleshooting:
1. checked fuses (all good inside and in engine compartment)
2. checked blower motor (works good, plugged direct to battery)
3. bought used "guaranteed working" wire harness with resistor and relays (plugged in and same problem)
4. ran AC diagnostic for errors (code: 00 no problems)
5. tested main plug that feeds blower motor wire harness and I get power.

Please help, I'm really don't know what else to do.

I would look for a ground problem at C0901. See diagram from RAVE. In the electrical diagrams you get color pix of where to find said connector.
