1994 RR County LWB, Brake Accumulator

I just bought this outstanding RR, it was a trade in here at my dealership, one owner and all the records, only has 99,000 miles on it. The people were pretty anal about service looks like every 30k they did major stuff to it. Long story short, everything works, no lights on dash, even the heated seats work. But one question I have is where is the brake accumulator located? and I would like to change the brake fluid, is there anything special I should know? I am a parts manager at a VW/Audi dealership and we have a couple of really cool brake bleeder machines.

Any advice would be appriciated!

Thanks

here is the info:

Key to diagram (RR4077)
1. Hydraulic booster unit.
2. Power unit - hydraulic pump.
3. Accumulator.
4. Electronic control unit (ECU), relays and fuses.
5. Rear sensors/exciter rings.
6. Front sensors/exciter rings.
Electronic control unit - ECU
ABS operation is controlled by ECU located under left
hand front seat, and earthed to centre tunnel.
ECU is connected to ABS harness by a 35 way
connector.
The ECU is a non-serviceable item, it must be
replaced if failure occurs.
Sensors, exciter rings - 4 off
A sensor is mounted at each wheel, sensing a 60
tooth exciter ring. When vehicle is in motion inductive
sensors send signals to ECU. Front exciter ring is
fitted to outside diameter of constant velocity joint in
each front hub. Rear exciter ring is bolted to rear of
each brake disc bell.

WOW Thanks!

Does the power assist portion of this system share the same Dot 4 brake fluid? And is it easy to flush and change, by bleeding in a normal fashion, bleeding the farthes caliper working up to the closest?

Hi!
I am a new member from South Africa. The file you mentioned, does it have all the LR workshop manuals or just the rangie? Also what do I use to open and use this file?

I have a 2005 Defender TD5 Hi Cap Pick-up that I use for work, but find info very difficult to obtain.
Your help will be appreciated!

Keith
