Body Image Issues
Hoping I'm in the right section? New to the forum and Rovers. Just picked up a 02 DII. The body of the vehicle is clean but she seems to have a little body image issue inside the back passenger door area. Basically it's pulverized and the corrosion is through the panel. Any ideas as to how to patch this up before it becomes full blow psoriasis? Anyone had any luck with products off the shelf or should I bite the bullet and take it to a body shop?
thanks, John |

bump - finally got the photo up.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. John |
There are a few rust converter products out there you can try. They will kill the rust and you can prime and paint to seal it from there.
Now if you want it repaired like new body shop will be the best bet if you aren't into body work. |
