iPad on new LR4
 

Does anyone know of a way to connect an iPad to the iPod Jack and use the touch screen to control video or at least play them like music on an iPhone?

do you have the cable that works for the ipod? you have to buy it from the dealer on 2011, then plug it in and it should work but for music only.

but the ipad, not sure if the plug is different from the iphone then no idea. sorry. its a little new for us.

I tried the iPod cable. It's a standard apple connection, or appears to be, but the iPad gives a device not recognized error.

sorry unless a regular ipod doesn't work then its the ipad itself.
