Key Fob Programming
 

I need to get a second key fob for my 2010 LR4. There is no local dealer. What scanners will work for the programming? I am not buying one, I just want to find a local shop that has the tool to do the job. there are very few Land Rovers here, a shop might have right tool and not know it.
