Need some help, decelerating noise

Hey guys well I have a 1999 Discovery LSE and I need some help. I have noticed that recently whenever I let off the gas the car vibrates and there is a rattling/grinding noise coming from the undercarriage. Sometimes it sounds like the brakes (two pieces of metal rubbing together) but sometimes it sounds like something is caught. The best way i can describe it is like when you were a kid and put a playing card on your bicycle wheel to make it sound like a motorcycle. It seems to be coming from the bottom or maybe the rear of the car. I have gotten under the car but I cannot find anything that might be rubbing against the wheel. Once again, it only happens when I start slowing down even if I do not touch the brake. I am going to the Rover shop next week but I am really concerned. If anyone has any idea please let me know, I really appreciate it!

Have you replaced the 2 greaseless u-joints yet, if not, stop driving the truckTODAY so you don't loose your tranny also.
How often do you lube your u-joints, check your roto flex and see if there are cracks between the 6 bolts.
