right side low beams out? any help please
 

turn my lights on the head lights come on but no dash illumination... the air controls do not illuminate either.... the shift area does illuminate but oddly enough only when i have the headlights off as soon as i turn them on that goes out as well. Also another issue i noticed I had a tail light out so i replaced the bulb which was infact bad but it still is not working with the new bulb. Any input or help would be much appriciated a

Could it maybe be a relay? All my grounds are fine its just that I was connecting some spotlights and I must have mixed wires then it sparked and now no low beams on my right side

Did you check all of the fuses?

Yes none of them are blown

Any other possibilities?

You wire in a remote starter? I've seen a very similar issue in a 2002 that had an aftermarket remote starter installed.
