2015 LR2 bad transfer case?

Hi guys, thanks for allowing me to join. I’m very upset with this LR2 Rover. It’s just four years old with 62,000 parkway miles and it is nothing but issues. At 52,000 the whole turbo had to be replaced to a tune of $6000. Luckily I complained loud enough that it was covered in full. The Sirius radio hasn’t worked from day one, just keeps searching. I later found that that’s an ongoing issue with the LR. And, now at 62,000 miles the truck started making a whining noise at 30 miles an hour. I’m now told the transfer case is shot and will need a new one at the cost of $4,000. I’ve had a lot of cars in my lifetime and have never seen such issues. I still have an 04 Pathfinder with 180,000 and never had an issue. I did some research and found that others have had issues with the differentials needing replacement. Has anyone been successful in getting LandRover to cover this type of repair or even part of it? I feel really bad for my son, this is his truck and he put all he had into a down payment to buy it almost new with 20,000 miles a couple years back. He doesn’t have $4000 for this repair and unfortunately my husband is terminal and I can’t help him. It just seems as if LandRover has had issues with this LR2 they fail to adddress. If it’s one or two people then it’s just a couple bad seeds but I found 45 complaints for failing differentials with miles from 65,000 and lower. Can anyone offer some advice ? Thank you in advance.
