Dashboard spider cracks

Hello,

Other than buying a cover, has anyone done anything that looks more stock to fix/hide these cracks?

Thank you,.

  • DIY: Use plastic epoxy and filler, then sand and paint to cover cracks. - Cost $20 to $100. Results can be unpredictable if you don't know what you are doing.
  • If you have a pro do it, it can cost $200-$500.
  • Complete Dashboard Replacement: Generally ranges from $2,500–$3,000 or more including parts and labor.
Personally, I don't see the point of trying to fix it or replacing it on a car that is between 13 and 17 years old. A dash cover panel runs $50-$100 and is an easy job.

I have dashboard cracks on my 2012. The dashborad cover by CoverCraft looks like the practical solution. Look at the Carhartt dashboard cover series
