Missfire and P0171, P0172, P0174, P0175 codes Lean and Rich

2008 LR2 that belongs to my daughter in law. She and my son bought it used and it died 2 days after getting it home.

Originally it was a bad Crankshaft position sensor that caused a back fire which jammed the throttle body and damaged an injector. I've replaced the Crankshaft position sensor, unjammed the throttle body and installed new injectors. Truck runs great... mostly. I'm getting an occasion misfire on every cylinder. And it reads both LEAN and Rich codes. Nothing else pops up(no other codes other than P0171 P0172, P0174 and of course the P030x for the misfires). Again for the most part about 80% of the time it runs great no issues. But out of the blue it stumbles considerably or dies at an intersection. (not good for my daughterinlaw and granddaughter)

Items replaced:
CKP (crank shaft position sensor)
MAF (new)
Fuel filter/pump (intank)
all injectors
spark plugs

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

Have you check the connectors and cables. The ground cable and etc which seats on top of the engine? I had a loose connector that gave me multiple errors and it wasn't obvious that it was loose.

Take a look at this link

(I know its for a Volvo, but the engine in our Land Rover is made by Volvo)

To expand on p_gill's post, here is more info on the "hidden" PCV in the valve cover:
