What is this attached to my rear window? I’m missing the one on the drivers side.
 

So I just noticed I’m missing this little connector on my rear drivers side window. I’m wondering if it will affect anything and if I should replace it? Maybe it’s part of the alarm system? Thanks in advance.

It's the radio antenna. Only the pax side is connected on mine as well.
