Antenna for CB radio

Hi gang.

Recently I disassembled a sirius radio that I had hooked up below ashtray, partially because a high price of subscription and spotty service in remote areas, but also due to growing popularity of SPOTIFY ,in my household, as we finally subscribed to it and streaming it is way better then, when we had sat. radio. Now I usually listen thru iPhone and ACM module. But that is not what I am going for here...
After disconnecting I was left with a sat. antenna, little magnetic puck on the roof, right above tailgate and also wire/cable , that runs from the roof all the way to a passenger right side footwell. There is a connector at this end as well.It does not looks like a coaxial cable at all, but it is definatly an antenna cable for Sirius radio.
My question is:

can I use this antenna for a CB radio, that I am about to install for a Winter Romp in Maine or it is a completely different set up ..? I just wanted to save myself some time with snaking another coaxial front to back, you know...Thanks

AM Radio signals used by CB radios are of a much longer wave length than the microwave signals used by the satellite, that antenna is not suitable for AM reception. The answer to your question is no.

If you just want a temporary setup for off roading, perhaps a magnetic mount on the hood or the metal part of the roof would be your best bet. See if you can get a cable with a door feed section in it.
