....maybe @abran for sure, to remove the TR knob? Specifically, can it just be pulled off without removing the panel or does the console have to come apart?

by TR you mean trans shift knob? Put in Neutral, push in lever, and pull up, move your face to the side.

No sir, I mean the Terrain Response knob. The chunky round dial.

I still want to slap the LR4 one in, and just want to know how the LR3's knob is removed.

I started taking apart one of those clusters and stuff started to break. I remove the whole thing as a Unit now.
