Default Bad Vibrations please help

So Just picked this 05 up recently. I had to do rotors and pads and complete fluid purge/bleed before I could really even drive it. Anyways it drives and feels nice and smooth even on the highway until it warms up and then above 65mph the vibration starts o intensify. The tires are new, My dummy did forget what wheel went where when i did the brakes. Not sure if moving a tire that was previously on the drivers side to the passenger side vise versa could cause a vibration?? The vehicle was sitting for a few months which may have caused flat spots but really doest explain no issues until the truck is warm. Drive shafts??

First I would suspect tires are out of Balance. Take them to be balanced. Next I would look at lower suspension bushings, or other bushings. You may have to fit a set of chassis ears to it to figure out where the vibration is coming from.

Define "it warms up" -- The vehicle, outside, your heated seats?

I would say once on the highway steady at 70 or so for 10 minutes is what I am defining as "warm-up". The vibration is not existent until that point, and comes on strong, I am ruling out bushings for now since it seams cyclical rotational related. Im gonna get under it when I can and wiggle things to check for play.

Rear drive shaft hanger bearing a common contributor to vibrations?

It's really hard to do a wiggle test without getting it off the ground (from experience)..

Yes the drive shaft center bearing is an issue, usually an oscillation at speed. Try a glass of water to see the oscillations.

Is the wobble or vibration in the wheel.. Noises associated with it?

No noises present

On my way home today from work I will detect if either a wobble or vibration is present at the wheel, i want to say neither.

So this vibratin definitely comes and goes. Something is getting out of rhythm and it feels like drive shaft related.

Could be drive shaft, could be a diff. If the latter I would expect you to hear some noise. You need to get underneath and see if the drive shaft has slung some oil near the front of it, and check for play in the center (hanging) bearing assembly. I ended up doing my DS at about your mileage.

Kind of tough to diagnose in this manner.. Maybe someone else has some ideas.
