Question Ballast connector plug?

Happy 2018!

One of my Xenon headlights (passenger) went out, and I replaced the bulbs (I always replace bulbs in pairs when possible) with the Phillips D2S replacements. My headlight was still out. I swapped bulbs to confirm it was not a bad bulb, and it appeared to be the ballast.

I ordered a new OEM replacement ballast, received it, and my headache began. Once I had the parts, I removed the headlight housing and opened up the ballast cover to see that the original wiring and ballast were changed to those cheaper HID aftermarket 35Watt slim ballasts with an adapted for a D2S bulb...

Yes, my vehicle came with Xenon originally, and the original owner must have gone the cheap route after a visit with the dealership.

My questions are regarding the wire connector that plugs in to the ballast as seen in the included picture.

Q1 - What type of connector is that, that plugs in to the ballast (the white plastic with the prongs)?

Q2 - Does anyone know where I may be able to find that type of connector with some wire to splice back in to the wire in the headlight housing other than a wrecker?

The white connector on the left, what is that style called and where can I find one?

I assume you have solved this by now, but the cables are available on eBay.
