bluetooth connectivity
 

Hi,

I was wondering if the SE editions (2005 V8 SE) are Bluetooth ready? There is a keypad on the dashboard; however, when trying to connect a Bluetooth enabled phone nothing happens. I'm the second owner, so didn't have manuals up until today. Would I find it somewhere there?

The manual tells you step by step how to connect. I do believe the 05 is BT ready.

Unfortunately, this "ready" rather means installing some additional accessories (as I mostly read from previous posts). Otherwise, the phone should have picked it up when the engine is on. My phone is BT proven as I used it with other devices in the past. Anyhow, I'll find out from my Indie LR Service Shop here in town.
