Check engine light just came on
 

So just brought a second hand LR3 2006 HSE with 69k. It was below freezing where I live, drove the car like 2 miles, then the check engine light comes on. Brought myself Innova 3120 OBD 2 reader, and the codes I got were P0128 and P0441.

P0128
Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)
P0441
Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow

Anyone ever trouble shoot how to fix these two codes.
