LR3 will not lower to existing height

My 2008 LR3 will not lower to exit height. It will rise up to extended height and also it will lower to driving height. No suspension fault light is not on. What could be the problem?

Huh?

I'm going to assume that exit height = access height and extended height = off-road height. So, what does the LR3 do when you try to select access height? What messages do you get?

It will move up to off-road and lower to road height. It will not lower to access height. The compressor works, it also adjust to the road. I'm at 140000.

No message come up when I lower it. Only when I put it in off-road and driving height

Switch is bad.

Yeah that's what I was going to suggest as well...but Abran's diagnosis is worth 10x more than mine.

abran Nov 29, 2017 07:38 PM

^ only 10x? Jk.

I’ve had switches that will not go the normal height from off road but when forced to go to normal height would go to access height via the switch.

so I’m assuming your problem is the same... but different.
