Sunroof issue
 

So some time back I made the mistake of leaving my sunroof open...
It rained that night... stupid, I know. There was enough water to have it pooling and dripping from the front of the headliner near the overhead light unit.

After a couple of days my sunroof stopped working. I have replaced the switch in the headliner, hoping it was the easiest fix..
This did not fix the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else the problem could be now?
