2013 lr4 hse what is this noise?!

I have a 2013 LR4 HSE LUX, 115K miles. Recently had to have all new brakes...2nd set, first set was around 60K miles. As soon as I got the car back I noticed a lot of noise when braking, called my Land Rover service dept, (they've done all the service on this car since I bought it from them new). Told them something is wrong, it shouldn't make so much noise when braking, they said it's normal, I still disagree. A couple months after the brake job a new noise has started....when it started, it was coming from the driver's front wheel only but now it's coming from both front wheels. This is a VERY loud noise that starts when I get up to about 35mph, stops after 40mph, starts back up again around 55mph and stops again around 65mph and it stops when I'm braking but then I have the very loud squealing that I mentioned above. I've taken it back to Land Rover 3 times and they say nothing is wrong with the car and they don't know what's making the noise. It's incredibly embarrassing because it's so loud and EVERYONE turns to look at the clunker sounding car. It scares me and I don't want to end up broke down, I want it fixed but getting nowhere with my dealer service dept. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
I've included a video of the sound hoping someone knows what it is.

In no way is that normal for an LR4! Have you spoken to the service manager?

Yes I spoke with him and he also says no idea what’s causing it and said I need to breakdown in order for them to find it. Could it have something to do with the brakes? I don’t know what to do, at my wits end!

sounds like a noisey EAS compressor kicking in to me

If the EAS compressor is going bad shouldn't it trigger an EAS fault? Or has it just not gone bad yet?

Bearing seal, brake pad metal retainer/clip or the pads are misaligned/shimmed somehow. Never heard an EAS compressor sound like that.

Okay thanks, I'm calling Land Rover again tomorrow, will mention these things.
