About to buy a 2012 LR4, any reason not to? reliability?
 

Hi Guys,

I have used this forum as a resource for quite some time, though I have not signed up.

I recently sold my 06 Jeep commander Hemi and Can not live with a Truck / SUV.

I have narrowed it down to 2 Vehicles, 2013 Lexus GX 460 with 42k Miles on it and a 2012 LR4 HSE Package It has 45k miles on it.

The Car Fax is clean, but I am worried about the reliability on Rovers. This is the reason I did not purchase the LR3 a couple of years back.

Should I look for an aftermarket Warranty if i decide to get one of there?

My cousin owns a repair shop and I can always get work done for free if he is not busy, only pay for parts.

I have a thing for Boxy trucks, LR4, Jeep Commander, Benz G-Wagon.

I lover Rovers and have always wanted one, I do not drive much, in 3.5 years of owning my Commander I put 23k miles on it.

I am hoping to purchase a LR4 and be a part of this community.
