LR4 Miles
Great to hear about these significant miles!!! After following some of the FB forums about all these catastrophes at 90-100k.. Was thinking about unloading mine. LR4 HSE 2015 at 62k, bought at 36k.. No issues other than occasional oxygen sensor fault in the exhaust. The car is awesome for so many reasons.

My LR4 has 128k miles on the odometer! Owned it since 117k and haven't had any "issues" yet just replaced the lower control arms. I am hopeful to hold on to it until 200k miles and get a good life out of it!

140k miles (1mo of ownership so far)
Repairs needed thus far: Sunroof drain tube cleaning ($400). That’s already more maintenance cost than I spent on my 2006 4Runner during all 7yrs of ownership. |
I have 137k on my 2011. So far has needed (since 122k purchase in July 2021):
timing chain tensioners water pump crossover coolant pipes all four air struts front wheel bearings upper tailgate latch actuator Vacuum pump AC compressor and now needs pads and rotors i have about 114k on my 2013, bought a few months ago at 113k, has needed: front lower control arms |
2011 with 137,000 miles. 1 week of ownership. Purchased a new battery thus far. Hoping to use it as my daily driver for the next 3-4 years.

2010 @ 135K miles

2013 HSE @ 185k. No major repairs!!
Knocking on wood!:D Because I know it’s just a matter of time.:disco: Right? |
124K on my '13 LR4. Bought it new and it's been great up until now. At the dealer in "Performance Restricted" mode. Guessing it's the timing chain and not happy. Oil changed religiously every 5K. Anyone have a good LR mechanic around the Chicago area?
