Lr4 overheating

My 2016 land rover lr4 when it is parked the temperature is normal but when I run it the temperature rises a lot and the check engine doesn't turn on...what could it be? Has it happened to anyone? I really need your help

Thermostat not opening could cause that, or maybe air in the system.
I am assuming that you have checked the coolant level.

There's ECT A and ECT B. A can range anywhere from 190-230s F whilst B anywhere from 90-over 200F depending on whether you're driving or stationary. You won't get a warning until it gets to 250 F, danger zone's usually 270 or higher.

2015 LR4 V6 temp gauge

My 2015 LR4 V6 temp gauge goes from Normal to 3/4 to Hot and back in 2 steps about 1.5 minutes. Only does it once on a 10-12 mile run. Not losing coolant. Air lock? 89K miles and crossover pipes replaced and the water pump a year ago.
