What's the Difference between 2012 and 2013 LR4

Hi guys,
I have been an LR owner for almost 20 years. I was stranded once in a sports car and went to my first LR which was a Discovery and the rest history (never was stuck again). I currently have a 2016 LR4 which I love. I was offered more than I actually paid for it a year ago and want to buy an older model. It floods on occasions here (Houston area) so I’m more interested in converting the next LR into a SHTF vehicle that I’ll drive mainly for conditional purposes and off-roading here and there on camping trips. Would like to add top side flood lights, lamp guards, wince, small lift and off-road tires after obtaining one (and possibly after market stereo if I can find a good installer). I have been looking at the 2012 and 2013 LR4s, but can’t really tell the difference (aside from the engine and the price tag). I noticed that 2013’s is running between $35-$40k while 2012’s with the same mileage is running almost $5- $10k less. Would like to get the various opinions one the differences between the two or if there are previous posts on this topic I can read. I want back a couple of years and didn’t see much write ups on comparison unless I missed them or looking in the wrong forum.

This was actually helpful:

Seems like the functionality is the same aside from Bluetooth capabilities. With that said, is there any after-market Navigation/Stereos that can be had?

The aftermarket radios are difficult for these since they are integrated into the vehicle itself. With the factory radio out you will loose certain functions in the truck. A for instance in my LR3 is with a broken radio the clock in the gauge cluster no longer functions.
