Winter Wheel / Tire Set Up Question (yes I searched)
Hi Ya'll!
My wife & i just bought our 3rd Disco, recently.
We had a 2006 LR3 (lease) & a 2008 LR3 (purchased). We drove the 08 basically into the ground, & have decided to get another.. in this case a 40K 2016 LR4.
'16 came with 20 inch blinged out wheels, which we both dislike as it is counterintuitive to a concept of a Discovery (IMO).
Currently looking for a winter wheel/tire set up. We wanted to purchase the 18 inch steel wheel/tire set from British Atlantic, but we are told 18s wont fit over '16 LR4 brakes.
First off, is this true?
If so..
Please, kindly let me know what other steel wheels (18s preferred but 19s may work too), are currently on the market that will fit the car?
Tire Rack has a set for $1700 but they are sinfully ugly, and look silly on the rover. Not opposed to alloy wheels, as long as they are OEM LR.
So in summary, again.. ANY 18x8.5/19x8.5 inch steelies out there, OR any OEM 18x8.5 /19x8.5 that will fit a '16 LR4?
Offset 50 bolt pattern 5x120
Thank you in advance for all replies!

Tuffant has an 18" steel wheel that fits the LR4 without any spacers. They are an Australian company and spacers are illegal for on-road use down there. They do ship to the US, but no idea lead times with everyone's favourite pandemic still trotting around the globe. I thought Lucky 8 also carried a steel wheel at some point.
I have no firsthand use as I'm still debating if I really want to shell out for 18s.

Thank you Sir.. I'll check em out. .. just looked into compomotive pd1881s.. they are perfect but $1825 (!) without tires.
I wish I kept the LR3.
EDIT: just ordered a set of the Tuff Ant steelies! 5 for $800 - cant go wrong ..
Spoke to Jake the distributor .. very helpful fellow! Have no doubt these will fit just fine.
I highly recommend reaching out to him, should you need 18s.
Now a set of 255-60-18 studable snow/ice tires, and we is ready for the winter!
