Update failure
I have just purchased a 2018 disco hse.
set up accounts on app and connected phone Wi-Fi and even a data sim but no connectivity to the internet.
app says my car is asleep since the day I connected using the service tool button.
says no system updates available and telematics update just keeps spinning, looks like the current software is 2018, does anyone know how I can get it updated to latest vs?

@Urban owner
My '18 D5 had to go back to the dealer three times post purchase to resolve a similar issue. There was something about a "shared secrets" routine that had to be performed before all the incontrol features would work properly. This should have been part of the new owner handover, but they clearly did not do it. Mine was under warranty at the time, but you could make the case that they did not properly prepare the system for you when you purchased it.
