Question Discovery 5 - Cabin Air Filter

Does anyone know the location of the cabin Air Filter for a 2020 Discovery Landmark, and how to change it?

Thanks in advance

It is behind the glovebox. After you open the glovebox and remove its contents, they’re clips on either side that must be toggled free in order to drop the compartment down further.

Once that is down you can start the vehicle and press the recirculating on the A/C system. A door will automatically open allowing you to remove the Cabin Air filter assembly. Remember which way Arrow is facing.

Remove and replace the old filter for the new in the assembly, make sure you follow the arrows for direction of air flow. Insert filter assembly and return glovebox to locked position.

Done.

My dealer wanted $200 to change the filter. It looks like a top-of-the-line Mahle / Clevite CareMetix LAO490 filter is $27 from Rock Auto. This just saved me $170!
