GMRS Mobile Radio Installation

Hello, I've got a 2019 Land Rover Discovery in which I would like to install a Midland MXT575 Mobile radio. I've contacted 4 different places that won't do it and the Land Rover dealership won't do it either. Any advice or guidance on how to do it myself?
