Glad to be here! I've got a 1999 Discovery II that was my daughter's first car in 2006. It has around 275,000 miles on it, and I'm beginning to 'restore' it as my run-around/spare vehicle. Until now it's been maintained it in a mostly reactive fashion. The Beast been good for this long - I figure it deserves better... I've got a new sunroof ready to install and there are some little things (rear view mirror, console trim, gaiter, mats, and headliner) on the interior that are up next. I'm even looking into having it painted, but we'll see what it needs mechanically before I go there. We had a 2004 HSE Disco for about 9 years, but the '99 is the one I chose to keep :-)
