New Member questioning a used range rover
I'm looking for a 2004+ Range Rover or Range Rover sport. They are beautiful trucks and I'm kind of excited about it...
The prices are right for my budget, I have yet to call and inquire about insurance though, so that could change things.
My main and most important question though is how well do these trucks perform for and after around 80,000-100,000+ kms? Do they suddenly turn into pieces of junk? Because all of the 2004-2005-2006 models seem to sit in this kilometre range.
I questioned on BMW forums and though the cars are beautiful to drive, people on the website only have bad, or horrible things to say about them. They say "if you have a bmw, you have to love it, and don't mind the prices or how much it has to go into the shop, because you love simply driving it"
Everyone says to put around 200$ a month for maintenance or repairs on a BMW and stuff of the like.
What am I to expect with a Land Rover Range Rover? Do people drive them because they are great to drive and that's it, or do people drive them because they are great to drive and they last / are reliable?
