Anyone else having service issues durring COVI 19?
 

I recently bought a certified used 2016 Discover Sport at Land Rover Allentown and need warranty work. I was told they are closed due to State Law. In Pa. state law permits auto repair shops to stay open, meaning sales floor must be closed but not service. After being ignored at the dealership I called Corporate and was told I could simply find another open repair facility, which would involve at least a 100 mile one way drive IF they are open. Asked if they would reimburse reasonable expenses at a local garage...NO...so, my new rover may be parked for at least anther 3 weeks. I could take it to a local garage and pay to fix it myself IF they can get parts. Wondering if anyone else is having similar problems or if the universe just hates me. Very disappointed in my dealership and Land Rover Corporate.

Land Rover of Willow Grove is about 40 miles from you, have you tried them? Ask for Martin in parts and explain your position. I've found him to be a reasonable person.

Great idea, i forgot about them...they are actually 93 miles from my home but still better than Harrisburg. Thank you

Tell Martin the guy with the old BMW 325iX told you to call. I loaded him up with a bunch of free BMW stuff the last time I was in there.
