Default Buckhorn_imports in eBay bad idea?

So I was trying to get info on parts availability and the person was very rude and wouldn't even tell me if they have the parts for sale or not. Anyone else had a bad encounter with them. Very sarcastic not and not helpful at all:
Pics show the convocation word for word.

I didn't see your original question in there?
Regardless, Joel can be an ******* sometimes. No other way to put it than that. Him and I have round and round about that very subject.
As far as I know his parts are fine and people haven't had any issue buying from him. You two don't seem to be off to a good start though so that's your call.

They had a set of 4 door panels in a odd color posted and I simply asked if they had the rest of the interior for sale to match, so I could try and buy it all and change colors. "Do you have the rest of the interior to match"

While Joel's answer wasn't the MOST helpful, your response is certainly not very professional either. Claiming to black list him because you're rich? Class act.

By "wasn't the most helpful" you mean " wasn't helpful at all", right?

And while I understand your frustration, throwing out the "do you know who I am/you just messed with the wrong person/you'll never work in this town again" stuff is pretty cliché and comical.

I guess Joel and I are keeping company these days. A while back the OP called me a troll, ignorant and a douchebag.

Customer Service is key to every business, it's unfortunate you had a bad experience

If you're smart enough to contact an eBay seller, you're smart enough to visit their store, right???

I don't mind showing the actual conversation word for word...
