Default Calling all IT geeks who may help.

My wife uses a Samsung Tab 3 about 3 years old and recently the WIFI seems to have problems connecting. We have rebooted the router multiple times, cleaned up the space on the Tab 3 and there seem to be ongoing problems. This tablet has always suffered intermittent Wifi problems, I doubt whether we would risk another Samsung electronic device now.

Does anyone else suffer these issues?

If you've tried other troubleshooting steps to no avail, I would next try to wipe the cache partition, followed by the device itself.

If you're still having issues following a device wipe, it's time for replacement.

Instructions on clearing the cache partition can be found here. T-Mobile hosted solution, but the steps are common across all carriers.

I find updating the drivers or reinstalling the drivers tends to work for 90% of my issues.
