Buy some Redex for gas engines and tip the recommended amount into the fuel tank then fill up with gas. Do this every week until the whole bottle is used. It'll clean out all the fuel system well and then change the fuel filter. Redex is cheap and it works fine and it's not overpriced 'snake oil'.

Sadly Redex isn't sold in the states.
I prefer BG 44K fuel system cleaner but it's costly. I add a can of 44K to a half a tank of petrol every 3 months and run the crap out of Myrtle until it's time to refill my tank. I do this especially before a smog inspection.
I really like the BG line of products even for my diesel BMW X5.

Thanks, think I see, the liquid "cleaner" would be like a combo of concentrated cleaner such as SeaFoam mixed with gas at ratio allowing the engine to run. The pressurized can feeds the cleaner at similar psi as the pump would normally do. That looks like a slick setup and hadn't seen one before. Easier than pulling rails, removing all the injectors and cleaning individually.
