White, LR Discovery II for sale, with approx 120,000 miles. It runs but not reliably.

I have been outside of the US and the engine was not started often enough, in my absence. It now runs but stalls occasionally. I replaced the crankshaft position sensor but it has similar symptoms again. I'd like to be able to work on it but I am working outside the US and can not return soon.

It needs attention from an enthusiast, as the nearest LR dealer is in Glenwood, some 100 miles away. I am not sure I want the pain of dealing with a dealer from a distance. I really believe it can be saved but no-one nearby wants it, and I can't spare the time. I believe it is too good to scrap for parts, so it is all or nothing. If you can match its tax deduction value, we'll both be happy. Please let me know as my gf wants to give it to public radio. She's in CO now, with authority to move it!
