Hi - if you mean remove and replace, it's very easy.
Removal:
What I thought was going to be a lengthy removal process, turned out to take 15-20 minutes. Basically begin by warming the adhesive that attaches the flare with a hair dryer (or park in the sun as I did) and begin to pull at one end of the flare. Once it loosens, simply run you fingers between the flare and the fender, and it easily pops off. Recommend gloves for this part.
Replace:
3M automotive adhesive tape should do the trick and is basically the same as the original adhesive. Attached the double sided tape to the fender first, then stick it to the fender. I recommend lightly marking guide marks on to your fender before you begin with the tape. Also, there may be some residual tape on the fender or flare that should be removed before adding new tape.

Thanks for the tips 2oolander!
"Warming the adhesive" is relative I guess! Leaving the truck in the sun here in VT to warm anything enough to remove it wont happen until August lol....
