Hannibal Roof rack for d2

I'm moving and have a few rover bit left laying about. First of which is a Hannibal roof rack. $500 OBO, pickup only. I'm in Pollock Pines, CA.

I have the rack and rails.. but can't seem to locate the brackets that fasten it. Not sure how easy it would be to order those or fab an alternative.
