I've been looking for almost a year now for a Disco II and have seen good bad and worse. I've narrowed down my criteria now to my "ideal build" but have been unable to find it. Willing to pay for shipping or to fly out and make a roadtrip out of it! Have had a few pre-purchase inspected but haven't pulled the trigger on any. My ideal build:

'03 or '04
Green or Dark Grey exterior
Tan and black interior
7 seats
$3k - $10k (would finance above 8)


open to other options or builds but definitely want 7 seats.

a friend of mine has a green '02 that he just rebuilt the engine on. He already added the rear forward facing seats to make it an se7. I have a facelift front end on my parts truck that would work to build your own facelift truck.

 

please put me in contact! did he also modify the suspension for the additional seats?

i'm not aware of any suspension differences in D2's other than the unfortunate models that came with rear air suspension and front coils. My '04 se7 came with rear ac and coils all way round.

this truck is not lifted. (Yet) He built the truck for a customer, who then changed her mind and bought a RRS if I remember correctly.
