Default Hello everyone, possible newbie here, would like to ask for some advice please.

Hi guys, I am considering a 2009 RR Sport HSE with about 80K miles.
I friendly dealer offering to trade my 2006 BMW X5 for RR Sport.
The idea come from them due to my BMW being in a really nice shape and very rare package - It is 2006/06 with 6 speed manual (in 09 of 2006 production of E53 body was discontinued and Stick shift option was gone with it on the top of the fact that only 3-5% of X5 were sold with manual gearbox) with Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, Panoramic Roof, Navigation, Adaptive Headlights, Factory Aluminum Running Boards, it's pretty much has every possible option available in 2006, plus car is in beautiful Stratus Gray color with Gray interior and one of the partners at dealership sparked for it. The RR has just a few dings - no big deal, runs strong and smooth but from inside the decorative panels going on the sides of windshield, material is loose - looks line they had been wet or something...
Anyone has any idea why it could be like that? is it a common problem from the sun exposure or is it a sign that sunroof's drains clogged up (or were clogged up) and water is or was dripping inside? Is 2009 a good year? I mean they made this version from 2006, it is bug-less?
I would really appreciate some input form long time RR owners.
Thank you in advance.
Roman.
