calibration
#2
dealer only, or at least someone with the special calibration blocks and a testbook. does it do this all the time, or does it drop over night or something like that. check it with the engine running, and the doors all closed, after you raise it all the way and then lower it back down to standard. if its still not level, then calibration will fix it, if it sits good then, you have another problem

Val: Looked back and didn't you say you could hear air escaping when then car was in the highest EAS setting? That would most likely indicate shot bags or at least a shot bag and would definitely explain the height difference. The solenoids should click for a few seconds after the engine is turned off/ you exit the vehicle. It's supposed to readjust for differences once passengers hve exited the vehicle.
