Unhappy Drives Seat

I have a problem with my drives seat. I try to move it all the way back (am 6ft 1'') and when i compare it to the passenger it goes about 3 inches more than the drivers seat. Any suggestions because i cant find the problem.

Our jag does the same thing... I do not know why exactly. You would have to look and see if the motor shut off switches are in different positions on the driver and passenger seats. I've also found on the jag that if you push the seat down it will go back further a bit...

Check to make sure nothing is jammed up on the screw/track under the seat.
