As the title states, I have a major water leak in the passenger footwell. The footwell only leaks when I wash the car. The local indy stated that it was the windshield without water testing it. I called a winsheild repair company they stated that it was probably the seal on the heater core.

Has any one experienced this problem?

 

if it is coolant then yes its the heater core orings. if its actually water and not coolant then yes its a water leak.
