Default loose coil

Getting ready to change out my spark plug wires and while reaching back to see if I could reach the coil I noticed that it moves up and down a bit like the bolt(s) holding it in place are loose? I can't see back there so I was wondering if the coil should be solid in place or if there is a system that holds it a bit loose in place. If there are bolts that have vibrated loose over time I hope I can tighten it back up once the wires are removed, any thoughts?

The coils should be solid and not move up and down. It sounds like it is just loose and needs to be tightened.
